2. Local & Secure CSV File Processing
We know that raw transaction exports contain sensitive customer details. EcomNexusHub is built with client-side parsing principles:
In-Browser Parsing: Your CSV files are parsed directly in your browser. Customer addresses, names, and phone numbers in raw CSV logs are stripped or aggregated into anonymous state totals.
Zero Third-Party Reselling: We never sell, rent, or commercialize your raw sales transaction data to marketing agencies or aggregators.
3. Information We Collect
To provide economic nexus threshold warnings and tax status summaries, we collect limited categories of information:
- Account Credentials: Email address, business name, and account preference settings.
- State Sales Summary Totals: Calculated state-level sales revenue totals, order counts, and dates required to calculate 2026 economic threshold percentages.
- Platform Metadata: Connection state when linking Shopify stores or importing Stripe/CSV datasets.
4. How We Use Information
Collected information is exclusively utilized to:
- Evaluate state economic nexus limits across all 50 US jurisdictions.
- Generate automated threshold proximity alerts (e.g., reaching 80% or 100% of state limits).
- Deliver tailored filing frequency recommendations and official registration URLs.
5. Subscription Billing
All premium subscriptions and billing transactions are secured through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (such as Stripe). EcomNexusHub does not process or store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
